These are great tips, but they are things that I've done for EVER!! Of course there has to be a book because there are SO MANY more ways to save - little things add up even MORE! I love to share savings ideas with people, but I'd rather show than tell...see my youtube channel.

never shop when your hungry, you buy more and buy things to eat on the way home. I always bring snack bars to eat in the car.

I also do extreme couponing and have done several videos myself. I think its great her husband loves shopping just as much as she does. I get my kids to help me clip and we sit down and use this time to talk to each other about our day or just about what ever they want. They help and I listen.

Love these people's approach. America's in the mess it's in now over wanting things now that they can't afford and the allure of electronic gadgets and pretty cars, both of which depreciate faster than water can go down the drain of a shower.
