This is an animation depicting angiogenesis. Angiogenesis is when cancer cells send out signals to nearby blood vessels. These signals cause the blood vessel to grow towards the cancer cells, feeding the cells with a fresh blood supply.

the signal that cancer sends out (aka, factor) is VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor)
I agree. Not to be mean, but being specific especially in demonstrating something of medical use is kinda important.
This is tumor angiogenesis, you should be more specific in your description.
