I grew up a pastor's child and heard and knew all of the stories and rituals and etiquette etc. But it wasnt until I realized He was actually all I had that I appreciated the God I served. I think it sounds really good and I like Greg Long in all of the songs he sings. You also have to think that this song, when it was arranged, was made to fit Michael's voice. It hard for someone with Greg's voice to hit an oddly-arranged style first verse - think about how other people would sound singing the exact same verse - it is very tough to sound like the original singer and you are probably just used to hearing michael's voice attached to the song. BUT AVALON STILL ROCKS big time
