Makes me cry everytime. Lost my Nan who was more like a Mum 2 me. her funeral was on my birthday just over a year ago.she was fighting till the very end & said she wasn't ready 2 go. All she cared about was every1 else she thought she was letting us down by dying & she kept sayin sorry. It's asif this song was written by her. LOVE IT & LOVE U NAN

I can barley listen to this song with out getting tears in my eyes. Gerards voice is so wonderful in this song and i just love the message the lyrics have. Over all, its just a really beautiful song.
