If you haven't yet heard of them, galacticfederation, do a google for Earthships and for Square Foot Gardening. They both fit in extremely well with what you guys are doing. :)

big bad banks makes me think of kucinich , was he forced out of the debates , i dont know , but there was some place that reportedly lowered the number of entrants to the debate , and minority kucinich was therefore not heard
