wheres this young beginners helmet??? dress for the crash ,not just the ride.

Not for upshifts but you better use it on down shifts
hahahha lol i used to have the same bike as that , they are ok , but im into motocross , so i got my self a Yamaha yz250, the bike i had like that was told old and kept breaking, one i went round a corner and the gear box fell through the engine guard and on to the floor haha , was quite funny just the mile walk back up wet mud and grass wasnt :(
Wow I'm glad I didn't have anyone taking a video of me when I was learning to ride! I didn't take to it nearly as naturally as Matthew...
Beautiful video as always Mr 1927
Awesome, teach me how to ride a motorbike too!
you dont have to use the clutch for motocycles dumbass
And from that i could possibly teach myself. May have varying results myself but oh well. The worst that can happen is fall. Thanks Pete! :D
What a great place to learn the basics. Beautiful place you've got there, Peter. Good to see you out there sharing your skills and keeping your hand in the action one way or another. If this was his first ride, it looks like young Matthew has an innate feel for it. Oh ho ho!, which means you just set the hook. He'll simply have to have his own scooter now, eh?
That's a common suspicion if you've never ridden, but proper riding gear, practice, and (most importantly) common sense can remove the 'toast' factor. If this young gent went down in the grass at this speed the most that would suffer would be his pride...for as long as it took for his determination to put him back in the saddle. The most important thing to remember: don't try to out-ride your skills. Practice and learn properly as this young man is doing. Cheaper? Yes. Fun? Oh, hell yes!
Nice video. It's nice to see someone actually teach someone about a motorcycle. People I know who try to teach someone how to ride just say, "This is the clutch, this is the brake", and they send you on your way.
nice starter bike
boring!!!!!!!!
Oh I love you, Peter!!!
you need BALLS to ride, the alternative is die knowing you were too scare to ride even if you want to.
Motorcycles look like fun and a cheaper way to get around. I'm just worried about safety... one spill and you're toast.
