I agree. However, Koprowski was warned by his peers (the scientific community) that using Chimpanzee tissue was an invite for allowing mutations and other viruses to 'jump' to humans. So even though he did not 'knowingly' start the AIDS virus, he knew the risks of his actions, which he knew were wrong.

Kowposki I think should be answerable to his mistake the damage has been done and many have died and are dying as of now.
