Trans Fats: The Food Labels are LYING!

Author: UndergroundWellness
Description: http://www.undergroundwellness.com Trans fats look more like plastic under a microscope than fats. They are essentially "fake fats", concocted in a laboratory. Food companies love them since they keep food from spoiling but they also have dire cardiovascular consequences. Read labels. Avoid partially hydrogenated oils and trans fats!

Peace and blessing to you for the New Year! I'm in love with that song that was played in this video. What is it called?

im picking on soy because this is what were talking about. if you wanna hear me talk smack about other potentially dangerous foods, message me and ask me to lol. and since you want evidence, ill be glad to message it to you.

And I'm glad that your the sole person able to describe what we're genetically able to eat. I don't understand why your picking on Soy when there are thousands of more harmful things you could be talking about. While people are still eating those I think you need to regroup and find evidence of your claims not just handwaving.

eating fermented soy beans in small amounts in harmless, but the products i listed are what people are eating...harmful. making people eat them whole and fermented seems unlikely to me, but if they do, well its for the better.

again, the chinese ate the actual fermented soybeans. and not a lot either, read weston price. 10,000 yrs isnt enough time for humans to adapt to grains and starches, let alone 2500-5000 yrs to adapt to soy. assuming 5000 yrs is enough, only 2/7 of todays population would have been adapted to it, and that would be adapted to the actual fermented soybeans in small amounts...people today are eating tofu, soymilk, veggie burgers, soybean oil, etc.

3000-4000 years for cultivation as food, it is entirely likely that humans can adapt in that time. Everything processed is more or less unhealthy. I'm not advocating everyone eat 50% soy by mass but your overstating it. The Chinese have eaten a lot of soy for a while and they are doing fine. I think there are actual food issues you could worry about like fast food for example before soy. P.S. If you stop eating processed food you cut out 99.9% of those addatives.

plus, soy makes you infertile, messes up your thyroid, contains tons of toxins, requires people to need more b12, etc. its safe to say that if a food makes you in a way that nature did not intend, it shouldn't be eaten.

actually it is 2500-3000 years. but for the sake of proving my point i will assume it is 5000 years for in terms of human existence it matters not. humans and our ancestors have existed for millions of years. 5000 years is definitely relatively new. plus, the soy they ate was fermented, unprocessed, and small amounts (which is fine if it is small amounts). that is not today. and the majority of humans are not chinese, thus, if any adaptation were to somehow occur, it would not go for all.

Yeah I guess the Chinese having been eating it for nearly 5000 years counts as new. Perhaps your referring to GM soy, or the fact that soy is the most sprayed crop for pesticides and herbicides. I agree those two things can cause troubles, and I agree that if you want to build bulk muscle soy is a bad idea. But not every food is evil.

yes a partially hydrogenated oil is a trans fat. they take a polyunsaturated fat molecule and add hydrogen atoms to it to saturate it; a fake saturated fat. the oil turns solid as it is now "saturated". figure out whats up before you insult the guy.

soy is not healthy. it is new to the human diet and it causes a load of problems that the soy companies dont tell you about.

those are not dangerous because they occur in nature and the body recognizes it.

this guy is such a moron partially hydrogenated oils are trans fats? no they are broken down triglycerides do glyceride and fatty acids. trans fats are from frying foods.

Soy is not healthy? Ok are you drunk? With regards to labels people should just stop eating processed period.

Trans fats naturally occur in cheese.

man the music tracks way too loud dude

Word, this was valuable info. Thank you.

Yeah, good vid, awesome song, who's it by? Sounds like some of songs on my rockclimbing dvds but i can't think which artists

great info as always.... thanks!!!!

I learned this in a biology class. Very scary stuff

People, My body usually gives a fairly clear indication to me whenever I consume 'partially hydrogenated' or 'hydrogenated' vegetable oils that are used in some baked or fried product(the usual products they're used in). You get boils on the arms or shoulder-chest area, or uniquely swollen vein sections such as on the temples. And then, by no longer consuming those products, the symptoms/indicators go away; body cleans. We're talking some breads, chips, pastries, crackers that have these.

There is good cholesterol and the bad one.

Them tricky tricky food companies!! Grrrrr! Thanks for the info!

this video kind of made me mad because since april 2007 kfc chicken has had no trans fat

Changed the "serving size"; man, that one cracked me up. I certainly didn't see that one coming, damn food companies. Those F**kers are pretty damn smart. Thanks lots for the info.
