Don't worry I'm English and it's not 100% clear to me, lol.

everyone should read the 'Human Givens' book. It's really amazing and answers many big life long questions

that was briliant very thought provoking

Everytime I watch this video this part of the expectation fulfilment theory of dreaming gets clearer and clearer. If you don't follow Joe's explanation fully at first, continue watching it (praps after a few days) and your understanding of it will grow
