I am using my husbands sign on, and yes I have the cancer, or hopefully had.I never was around asbestos, I have been through so many precedures this last year that no one could ever imagine going through, I now have one lung and that was not the hardest part, being told your going to die just hopefully later rather than sooner. If you have a certain gene in your body then all it takes is ONE asbestos fiber to cause mesothelioma and it can take between 10 to 45 years to show itself. The mesothelioma cancer is fiberous and spreads out like a carpet which makes it hard to detect until it developes into stage IV.

No, it CAN take between 5- 50 years. It depends on how much exposure there was. And, like i said before, if there is an area with asbestos, the public is almost always well wanred and precautions are taken. In accordance with your theory, her dumbass parents must have taken her a dump where people work with garbage traced with asbestos. This disease is almost 100% preventable.
