THANKS the primary diagnosis is carcinoma but the final one after histopathological exam and am shall write the diagnosis later on but this is not sleeping baby it is cystic and kidney shape tumor

Amazing! Does that set a new record for largest cyst? Was that a cyst or a "sleeping baby"? I heard of another elderly lady just recently who knew that the baby she carried some 45 or so years ago was never delivered but it wasn't until the last year or so that doctors finally removed what they called a "sleeping baby". Any chance that is what this patient had?
