If you live one day, you have had a hard day in your life minimum. Everyone has stress and bad days. If you choose to put that in your body then that is your choice but 20 years from now or whatever when you have cancer or need an oxygen tank, don't think about I can sue the cigarette company because those days are over. They've got the warning all over the label. I guess if you rob a bank, or kill someone we can sympathize too because you were having a bad day.

Does it matter? I don't think there is a magic number. Even if it were, it wouldn't matter because cigarettes have nicotine which is highly addictive. If the magic number were 100, you can't say that you will stop at 99. Your body will ache for it. Honestly, it is a drug.
