i think they were in the oncology ward of the children's hospital. kids, or anyone, who's having chemotherapy are extremely suseptable to sickness.

I think Micky and Jae Joong are just uncomfortable around kids. I know I am. I'm never sure what to do! Xiah was just trying to figure things out and Changmin was sweet. Yunho's amazing with children. He'll make a wonderful father some day.
